Subscription Faq's

IS THERE A MINIMUM SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD?

There is no minimum subscription period. You can skip or cancel your subscription at any time. Please be sure to log in to your account page to skip a delivery 24 hours before your next billing date otherwise you will be charged for your next delivery.

DOES MY SUBSCRIPTION RENEW AUTOMATICALLY?

Yes, we’ll continue to deliver your cocktails if you don’t skip or cancel which you can do at any time. All changes to your subscription needs to be made 24 hours before your billing date. If you forgot, contact hi@fivedrinks.co and we’ll do our best to adjust the order.

HOW DO I SKIP OR UNSKIP FUTURE DELIVERIES?

You can manage your deliveries in your account. When logged in, navigate to ‘delivery schedule’ and update the delivery status of the subscription you wish to modify. You may skip up to your 4 next deliveries. If you change your mind, just click “unskip”. Skipping does not cancel your subscription. 

DOES MY CREDIT CARD GET CHARGED IF I SKIP A DELIVERY?

Your credit card will not be charged if you skip 24 hours before your billing date.  Before each order we’ll send you an email to remind you to choose your meals or skip in advance of this deadline. You can view your next billing date at any time by logging into your customer account.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY COCKTAIL SELECTION?

You can change your cocktail selection in your account. When logged in, navigate to ‘subscriptions’ and select ‘edit’ for the subscription you wish to modify. Changes cannot be made after the order is processed. You will receive an order confirmation when the order has been processed.

CAN I PICK MY DELIVERY DAY?

HOW DO I PAUSE OR CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

You can pause or cancel your subscription in your customer account. When logged in, navigate to the subscription you wish to modify and select ‘edit’ and then ‘cancel subscription.’ If you wish to pause your subscription you can do so by skipping upcoming deliveries.. You may skip up to your 4 next deliveries. If you change your mind, just click “unskip”.
